  • In “The 2009-2010 China Top 100 Real Estate Brands Summit” co-hosted by China Residential Building Industry Promotional Center, Union of Highly Recognized Chinese Real Estate Developing Enterprises, China Green House Engineering Research Center, China Real Estate Indexes Research Center and China Commercial Real Estate Association, Xinyuan(China) won the award of “Top 100 Most Competitive Enterprise in Comprehensive Property Development” and CEO Mr. Yong Zhang won the award of “ China Real Estate Enterprises Most Influential Figures”.
  • Xinyuan was officially identified as high quality client by the head office of Agriculture Bank of China, which was an acknowledgement of Xinyuan brand and its competitiveness, bring great advantage to its financing activities.
  • In the awarding ceremony of “Most Valued Real Estate Developing Brands in China”, Xinyuan was among “The Top 20 Most Valued Real Estate Developing Brand in China in 2009”. Xinyuan brand was valued at 3.48 billion Rmb.

  • Xinyuan relocated its corporate headquarters from Zhengzhou to Beijing on April 18,2008.
